Credit card or debit card payments for PathFinder classes and services are accepted online only. Credit and debit card processing is not available at the office.

Payments made at the time of service in the office are accepted by personal check or cash.

Use the payment option below only if you have been pre-approved by Carrie Laymon to pay a non-standard total (due to a special credit, discount, etc.) PathFinder will automatically match your payment with the correct class selected on your registration form.

Class Payment Procedures and Policies
If you pay for your class online, full payment for the applicable class must be made when you register. In the event of cancellation, your payment will be promptly handled in accordance with PathFinder's refund and cancellation policies.

To pay for your class online, complete and submit the online registration form. After submission, you will land on a page to select the payment options for the class of your choice.

You will receive a personal confirmation from Carrie Laymon/PathFinder verifying your payment and registration. If you paid with a PayPal account, you also should receive a receipt from PayPal and will be able to view your transaction by logging in to your PayPal account.

If you need to cancel your class registration, please call in advance. Refunds will not be given for class "no-shows".

Therapy Session/Services Payment Procedures

PathFinder Standard Services

Card payments for PathFinder therapeutic services must be made online prior to your appointment. You do not need a PayPal account to use the online payment option. To pay without a PayPal account, input your payment information on the left hand side of the payment screen rather than logging into a PayPal account.

Schedule your appointment and then post your online payment before your appointment date. To assure your transaction is received and confirmed before your session, it is best to post your payment at least the day before your appointment date.

You will receive a personal confirmation from Carrie Laymon/PathFinder verifying that your payment was received. If you paid with a PayPal account, you also should receive a receipt from PayPal and will be able to view your transaction by logging in to your PayPal account.

Rescheduling Or Cancellation
If you need to reschedule your appointment after you have paid, your payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment date.

If you need to cancel your appointment after you have paid and do not want to reschedule, call Carrie Laymon at 512-775-7782 as soon as possible and your payment will be promptly refunded.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call in advance. Refunds will not be given for appointment "no-shows".
