Either a deposit or full payment must be received to hold your place in each class. Space is confirmed in the order of payments received. If you register and a class is full, you may choose one of the following options:
- Be placed on a waiting list to be added if someone cancels
- Apply your payment toward pre-registration for the next class of your choice
- Receive a prompt refund of your payment
Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers
A class would be cancelled only in the case of an illness or emergency. In such a case, you will be notified as early as possible prior to class. It is extremely rare for a class to be cancelled.
If PathFinder must cancel a class, you are offered two options. You may receive a complete, prompt refund of all funds paid, or you may transfer your payment to the next class of your choice. With classes scheduled monthly for Levels 1 and 2 and semi-monthly for Level 3, many options are available.
If you choose to cancel your registration, a full refund will be given if you cancel by the Monday before the class. If you cancel later than the Monday before class, a refund will be given minus a $25 service charge.
If you need to cancel for a specific date, but wish to transfer your registration to a future class, you may do so. However, if you transfer later than the Wednesday before the class, a $25 transfer fee may be applied.
No refunds will be given at all if you are a “no show” for class. Please call if you are unable to attend.
